My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the staff was truly dedicated and provided excellent service, the property itself shows significant signs of aging and could use a facelift. The dining experience was a definite highlight, with delicious meals, but the breakfast felt overpriced. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but there are areas that need improvement.

The Briars is a charming resort with a beautiful property that's perfect for a quick getaway. The service, especially from Dave and Beca, was outstanding, making us feel pampered during our stay. However, some aspects, like the dining experience and aging facilities, did leave room for improvement. Overall, while the stay was enjoyable, the resort definitely feels like it could benefit from some renovations.

We had a decent time, but the resort has a lot of room for improvement. The service was great, especially from Wayne, who really made an effort to help us out. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the outdoor areas were concerning, and the dining options could be better. Still, the cozy atmosphere and nice spa treatment added to the experience.

Our stay had some enjoyable moments, mostly due to the exceptional service from the staff and a beautiful beachfront view from our cottage. However, the property is in dire need of updates, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The service, especially at the restaurant, was friendly, but slow, impacting our overall experience. Given the price tag, we expected better maintenance and attention to detail.
